Show and Shine is an opportunity to get Transit vans of all shapes and sizes together in the arena. Vans compete to win prizes in each of their categories.
Show and Shine is free to enter and winning vans are voted for by the general public attending the event.
The categories are:
Best In show
This is simply the Transit which is voted favourite by the most people.
Transit generations:
- Mark 1 & 2 (1965 to 1986)
- Mark 3, 4 & 5 (1986 to 2000)
- Mark 6 & 7 (2000 to 2014)
- Custom & Mark 8 (2014 to Present Day)
- Connect (2002 to Present Day)
Transit classes, open to all years:
- Working
- Standard
- Modified
- Camper Van
- Interior
Your van may cross multiple classes, but we will allow you to select the category in which you would like to compete.
All entrants will be given form containing their van number and space to fill in information about the van. Vans will be guided to their spot in the arena by the event staff. All van entrants can exchange their attached van number for a special voters form. Although you cannot vote for your own van, your votes will hold greater weighting than the forms given to other attendees. We encourage everyone with a transit to enter the show and shine, even if you don't think you will be awarded a prize!
